I am a qualified complementary healthcare practitioner with seventeen years experience.

What is my training?
I hold professional qualifications in anatomy and physiology, massage, reflexology, Japanese Lifting, Reiki, counselling and education.

What is my experience?
I taught reflexology, reflex zone therapy, massage, and anatomy and physiology theory, to the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) professional diploma level. I broadened my field of holistic work and trained in counselling and Reiki. I am a facial relaxation and rejuvenation practitioner and therapist incorporating Japanese Cosmo Lifting and Reflexology.

What do I offer?
Having explored many disciplines I now practice Japanese Cosmo Lifting, (trained with Lone Sorensen-Lopez), Facial Relaxation and Rejuvenation, and Reflexology, and find them to be in powerful combination. My interest lies in the core link between inner and outer wellbeing and my work, with client/patients, reflects my interest and practice.

Initial meeting - £45
Every other meeting £40 per hour
Beyond the hour is charged at a proportion of the hourly rate
