I first turned to complementary therapies ten years ago when life seemed particularly challenging and events conspired in such a way that I began to experience anxiety and panic attacks. I now look back at this time with gratitude because, from my present perspective, I can see that this experience was the catalyst I needed in order to effect the necessary changes in the way I felt about myself and the world around me.

Since then I have become an Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki ® Master/Teacher and have qualified in Facial Reflexology, traditional Foot Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thought Field Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. I have also obtained diplomas in Practical Metaphysics and Metaphysical Therapy both of which have deepened my understanding of the energies and influences which mould our emotional and physical Being and therefore the life that we experience.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and The Reiki Federation.

Facial Reflexology = £35

Reiki 1 training = £100 (one full day course)
Reiki 2 training = £150 (one full day course)

How long does a treatment last?
Facial or Foot Reflexology = 1 hour
Reiki = 1 hour
Swedish Massage = 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours
Indian Head Massage = 30 mins
EFT / TFT = 1 hour

The above are actual treatment times. For the first appointment allow an extra half hour for initial discussion and taking of case history. For subsequent appointments allow an extra 15 mins for pre/post treatment discussion.
