I have been a full-time complementary therapist since 1995. I first qualified as a Foot Reflexologist in 1993. In 1997 I qualified in The Bowen Technique, a gentle, effective therapy that is suitable for all ages and conditions and that can be carried out through light clothing.

Every ache and pain has some sort of stress involved, whether it is physical or emotional and this led me to encompass another aspect of healing, so in 2004 I trained and qualified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and EmoTrance. These energy therapies are becoming popular as safe and easy ways to resolve even deep-seated emotional problems, enabling us to move on in our lives. To complete my top to toe therapies in 2004 I also qualified in Facial Reflexology and Cosmofacial, both therapies offering a perfect blend of healing and beauty.

My practice is in Winchmore Hill and I treat men, women and children. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Global Reflexology Network, Bowen Therapists European Register and The Association of Meridian Energy Therapies.
